ever try this technique in your daily life?

i love what i do. every morning, i march to my office and start searching, watching, listening. the news… social media… texting… calling… apps. heck, i set an alert to wake up at 3:30am to see the new listings. without realizing it, my heart is racing and my adrenaline is rising. this has become the norm. and I thought I liked it.

Today, for the first time in months, I took an hour to lay down and listen to soft piano music with no lyrics. Jim brickman’s music is like therapy for me. I am amazed. I returned to a feeling I haven’t experienced in some time. complete calm.

I highly recommend unplugging for a few. don’t worry, the restart is easier than you think.
